Lital Borovsky Bio

Prior to joining Vintage in 2022, Lital was a Senior Manager at EY’s Israel Tax Department, focusing on Investment Funds (FOF, Mezzanine, PE, VC), Hedge Funds, and International and Israeli Taxation for 9 years. She's led tax projects and provided ongoing tax advisory services to various global funds and companies, mainly in the Hi-tech industry. Lital holds a LLB in Law, and she has been a Member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2010.
