Asaf Ben Zeev Bio

Prior to joining Vintage in 2017, Asaf served for over 10 years as a partner at Tulchinsky Marciano Cohen Levitski & Co., Law Offices, focusing on venture capital investment activities and representing high-tech and pharmaceutical companies in areas of M&A, private equity, and general corporate and security matters. Asaf holds an LLB degree from the University of Hertfordshire and has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1998. As Vintage’s General Counsel, Asaf advises the team on venture capital formation, fund-raising, venture investments, deal structuring and execution, as well as portfolio company and general matters.
