Sergio Ruffolo Bio

Sergio Ruffolo joined VPC in 2018 and is a Vice President. He is responsible for due diligence and financial analysis related to new investment opportunities and assists with portfolio monitoring and managing current investments. Previously, Mr. Ruffolo was an investment banking analyst in the Restructuring Group at Lazard Frères & Co. in New York. At Lazard, he focused on in and out-of-court corporate restructurings and other distressed debt transactions. Mr. Ruffolo received a B.A. in economics from the University of Chicago.
