Kinan Hayani Bio

Kinan Hayani joined VPC in 2015 and is a Principal. He is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, executing, and managing investments across multiple industries, including financial services and special situations-oriented investments, and multiple strategies, including asset backed debt, late-stage growth equity, and special purpose acquisition companies. Previously, Mr. Hayani was an investment banking analyst at Greenhill & Co. in Chicago, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Hayani graduated with the highest honors from the University of Illinois, where he received a BBA in finance.
