Santiago Cotter Bio

Mr. Cotter is a Partner of the Firm and a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Cotter is a founding Partner of the Firm. Mr. Cotter joined DLJMB in 2000, dedicated to the firm’s private equity activities in South America. Prior to joining DLJMB, Mr. Cotter worked at CEI Citicorp Holdings, where he focused on telecommunications and media private equity investments. Mr. Cotter graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) and holds an M.B.A. degree with distinction from Harvard Business School. Mr. Cotter serves on the board of directors of Grupo Los Grobo’s operating companies. Mr. Cotter previously served as a director of Editorial Atlantida S.A., Euromedic S.A., International Health Services Argentina S.A., PAB S.A., PABSA S.A., Peñaflor S.A., Prensiplast S.A., L’Equipe Monteur S.A., Papel Misionero S.A., BOPP Holdings, Zucamor S.A., Trapiche S.A., Oncologos del Occidente S.A.S., Corona Industrial S.A.S., Satus Ager S.A., and other private companies. Mr. Cotter was also a Board Observer at Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc.
