Kim Baxter Bio

Kim is Victor’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer and serves on Victor’s Management Committee. Her responsibilities include overseeing Victor’s finance function, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance. She also assists with portfolio company due diligence and financial operations. Prior to joining Victor, Kim worked in private equity with Ames Watson, where she served as in-house finance counsel and participated in acquisitions and portfolio company management. Previously, Kim was Vice President of Finance at Towne Park, a parking industry consolidator where she spent 11 years in various accounting and finance roles. At Towne Park, she participated in more than a dozen acquisition and sale transactions. Before transitioning to private equity, Kim started her career at Ernst & Young as a Certified Public Accountant. Kim earned her BS in Accounting at Bucknell University.
