Dave Affinito Bio

Dave is a founding Partner of Victor and serves on Victor’s Management Committee. He has been a private equity investor for 19 years, and he has experience across numerous businesses in a broad range of business service and industrial sectors. From 2007 through 2015, Dave was a Principal with ZS Fund, L.P., a middle-market private equity firm. Prior to ZS, Dave was an Associate at BBH Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Brown Brothers Harriman. He began his career as an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group of J.P. Morgan. Dave’s Victor boards have included Adventure Ready Brands, CodeGreen, Owl Outdoors, PrimaLoft, and SLIPNOT. Dave earned his B.A. degree in Economics from Yale, where he was a member of the Varsity Swim Team, and he remains active in Yale alumni activities and scholarship programs.
