Brooks Wunder Bio

Brooks is a Vice President on Victor’s portfolio operations team and supports portfolio companies’ financial and reporting efforts. He also works on Victor’s investment due diligence. Prior to joining Victor, Brooks was an Operating Advisor and VP of Finance with Atlantic Street Capital Advisors. Before that, Brooks held various Controller and Vice President of Finance positions over 10 years, concentrating on enhancing accounting and finance operations across the healthcare, facility management, construction, retail, and manufacturing industries. Before transitioning into the corporate and private equity world, Brooks spent five years in public accounting at Ellin & Tucker. He earned his BBA and MS in Accounting degrees from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant.
