Sebastian Maciejewski Bio

Sebastian holds a Dipl.-Ing. (equivalent to an M.Sc.) in Computer and Communication Systems Engineering from Technische Universität Braunschweig, as well as an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs in Munich, Paris, and Turin. Before joining VIA equity in 2017, Sebastian worked at Paragon Partners, a private equity firm in Munich specializing in leveraged buyouts with operational value-creation potential, and at PINOVA Capital, where he focused on high-growth, innovative SMEs. Earlier in his career, as a management consultant at Droege & Comp. in Düsseldorf, he gained experience in value-enhancement programs, particularly with medium-sized companies. At VIA equity, Sebastian serves on the advisory boards of SYSTABUILD Software Group, Etiscan, and DMRZ.
