Brendan Spillane Bio

Brendan is a Managing Director and the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. Brendan came to Vestar in 2006 from SV Investment Partners, the U.S. affiliate of Schroder Ventures, where he was CFO. Prior to that, he served as the CFO of Schafer Capital Management, a registered investment adviser. He started his career in the audit practice at Price Waterhouse. Brendan is a member of the Board of Trustees of Cardinal Spellman High School and previously served on the Board of Advisors for Manhattan College’s School of Business. He holds his BS from Manhattan College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
