Paola Rastelli Bio

Paola is a Partner and a founding member of Vesper Infrastructure Partners. Paola was most recently Managing Director and Head of M&A at SNAM and has 20 years of infrastructure industry experience. Whilst at SNAM she was a member of the Board of Directors at: Industrie De Nora; SNAM 4 Environment and at a firm’s portfolio company Iniziative Biometano; an Advisory Board Member and Expert Committee Member of Hy24 – FiveT and Ardian hydrogen fund; and an Advisory Board Member of CDP Venture Capital Energy Tech fund. Prior to joining SNAM, she worked at PSP as Director of PSP European Infrastructure Team in London with responsibility for pan-European origination, with a specific focus on energy and utilities. At that time she was a member of the Board of Directors at Alpha Trains, an Investment Committee Member and Advisory Member of F2i Fund 3. Before PSP, Paola was one of the initial members of Arcus Infrastructure Partners. Paola holds a degree in economics from the University of Parma, Italy and a Master degree in marketing and logistic, Italy.
