Guillermo Royo-Villanova Bio

Guillermo is a Partner and a founding member of Vesper Infrastructure Partners. Guillermo was most recently Vice President at PSP Investments, in the Private Equity Infrastructure team and has over 8 years of experience in the infrastructure space, having worked in various transportation, energy and telecommunications transactions globally both as a principal investor and investment banker. In addition to deal execution, Guillermo was responsible for the asset management of Roadis (a global toll road platform) and Cubico Sustainable Investments (a global renewable platform), where he actively attended the board of both companies. Guillermo also held responsibility in the coverage of origination efforts of the Spanish market. Guillermo holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management from the University of St Andrews, as well as a Master of Science in Finance from University College London (UCL).
