David Forbes Bio

David joined the Vespa Capital team in 2015 from Maven Capital Partners. At Maven, David had responsibility for new MBO and recapitalisation investments in the south of England out of the VCT funds. David also worked within the Corporate Finance team at Grant Thornton, with a focus on advising management teams on MBO’s/MBIs and debt refinancing transactions. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) having qualified in 2008.
