Bryan Lehman Bio

Bryan joined Vertu Capital in September 2021. Prior to joining Vertu, Bryan held roles in Toronto- and London-based private capital firms where he primarily focused on mid-market enterprise software and technology-enabled business investments. Bryan also spent five years at KPMG, where he was a member of the Transaction Services team. In this role, Bryan led financial due diligence engagements for international private equity and corporate clients across diversified industries. Bryan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds degrees from both the University of Cambridge and McMaster University.
