Matilda Schillo Bio

Matilda is an experienced team member with over two decades of extensive experience in the M&A industry. Most recently she was as an M&A Director at Storskogen, a well-diversified international investment group of businesses across Trade, Industry, and Service where she was responsible for executing the investment process in Germany from active deal flow generation to deal execution and closing the transaction. Prior to that, Matilda built her career in Investment Banking and M&A Advisory at Lincoln International, UBS and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in Frankfurt and Munich. With her long-standing experience in M&A Matilda is an industry specialist in the German-speaking market having performed a broad spectrum of transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, divestitures and carve-outs during her work for public and non-listed corporations, private equity groups, small and medium sized enterprises of the German Mittelstand as well as family-owned businesses. Matilda earned a Master of Business Administration from European Business School (ebs), Oestrich-Winkel in Germany. Matilda speaks English, German, French and Spanish.
