Randall Schultz Bio

Mr. Schultz is a financial executive with over 30 years of experience in financial leadership positions across a broad range of industries including manufacturing, retail and services with expertise in financial management, mergers and acquisitions and turnarounds. Prior to joining Versa, Mr. Schultz was CFO of Gold's Gym International; VP of Finance & IT for America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses; and CFO for MagneTek - European Operations. Mr. Schultz holds a B.S. in Accounting and received his M.B.A from Pepperdine University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
