Wale is a Senior Vice President on the Investment Team. Prior to joining Verod, Wale was the Head of the Financial Advisory Team at Stanbic IBTC Capital Limited, where he spent more than a decade participating in some of the most groundbreaking deals in the Nigerian market. Wale has significant experience in originating, structuring, executing and negotiating mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and corporate restructurings. His experience spans across industry segments including financial services, consumer products and consumer services. He received a B.Sc. (First Class) in Accounting from the University of Lagos and is a charter holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
