Axelle Henry Bio

Axelle Henry joined Verlinvest in April 2014 as Chief Financial Officer after 16 years in the GBL Group. Within the GBL finance team, she took part in the execution of many of the holding’s major transactions, in fiscal and corporate structure optimization for the Group and in public, institutional and bank financing and was responsible for the budget and financial reporting. She became deputy CFO in 2012 and setup the Investor Relations function in 2012. Axelle had started her career at KPMG where she was a Senior Auditor before leaving in 1997. Axelle is originally from Liège and a commercial engineer from the Solvay Business School (Université Libre de Bruxelles).
