Nicolas Schäufele Bio

Nicolas Schäufele is a Principal on the Capital Markets & Capital Formation team at Veritas Capital. Prior to Veritas, Nic was an Executive Director at UBS in the Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors Group, where he covered financial sponsors and worked on a range of financing transactions. Previously, he was an Associate at Black Diamond Capital Management after beginning his career as an investment banking Analyst at UBS in the Leveraged Finance Group. Nic holds an M.S., with Distinction, from the University of Oxford and a B.S., with Distinction, from the University of Mannheim.
