Matthew Bender is a Vice President on the Flagship Private Equity team at Veritas Capital. Prior to Veritas, Matt was an investment banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Healthcare Group. There, he focused on structuring and executing mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity capital offerings. Matt holds a B.S., summa cum laude, in Finance and Accounting from Miami University.
