Erica Son Bio

Erica Son is a Principal on the Vantage Private Equity team at Veritas Capital. Prior to Veritas, Erica was a Vice President at Arlington Capital Partners where she focused on investments in the aerospace, defense, and healthcare industries. Previously, Erica was an Associate at Thomas H. Lee Partners, where she focused on investments in the consumer and healthcare industries. Erica began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at the Blackstone Group. Erica holds a B.S. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
