Dipo Ashiru Bio

Dipo Ashiru is the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Veritas Capital. Prior to Veritas, Dipo was an associate general counsel at the TCW Group Inc., across their fixed income, equities and alternative investments platform. Prior to that, he was a principal and funds counsel at KKR, where he advised on product offerings in private equity, real assets, credit and hedge funds. He began his career as an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. Mr. Ashiru holds a B.A., (magna cum laude) from Franklin & Marshall College, and a J.D. from Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
