Clark Ryan is a Managing Director on the Capital Markets team at Veritas Capital. Prior to Veritas, Clark was a Managing Director at Macquarie Capital where he covered financial sponsors and worked on a range of financing and investment banking transactions. Prior to the role in the Financial Sponsor Coverage Group, he worked in the Leveraged Finance and Industrials Investment Banking teams. Previously, he was an analyst at Ernst and Young Corporate Finance focusing on a range of M&A and restructuring transactions. Clark holds a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin.
