Brendan Dillon Bio

Brendan Dillon is the Head of Capital Formation, Credit, & Capital Markets and a Partner at Veritas Capital. Prior to Veritas, Brendan was Global Co-Head of Leveraged Debt Capital Markets at UBS, which included Leveraged Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Restructuring, and LATAM debt. Prior to that role, Brendan was Global Co-Head of Credit at UBS, which included the sales, trading, and research businesses of leveraged loans, high yield, distressed, and CLOs. Previously, he worked in high yield sales at Lehman Brothers and syndicated finance at Chase Manhattan Bank. Brendan holds a BA from the University of Chicago.
