Alex Chapin is a Vice President on the Flagship Private Equity team at Veritas Capital. Prior to Veritas, Alex was an investment banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Leveraged Finance Group. There, he focused on structuring and executing leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and other debt financings. Alex holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics and Spanish from Middlebury College.
