Ralph Karg Bio

Ralph joined Verdane in 2023 focusing primarily on new growth and buyout investments in companies with a digital angle or business model in the software sector. Prior to joining Verdane, Ralph spent more than 6 years as private equity investor at Cathay Capital focusing on investments in B2B SaaS and digital consumer. Prior to Cathay Capital, he has worked in the Leveraged Finance division of BNP Paribas, as well as in the Transaction Services team of PwC. Education: Ralph holds a master’s degree in banking & finance from the University of St. Gallen.
