Joakim Kjemperud Bio

Joakim joined Verdane in June 2017 from Arctic Securities in Oslo where he worked on M&A transactions and capital raisings for Norwegian growth companies. Prior to Arctic, he worked for Rothschild in London, focusing on cross-border M&A advisory, mainly working on structured sales processes of European companies to Asian and US investors. Joakim also has experience from corporate strategy and M&A at Statkraft, and financial due diligence advisory at BDO. Joakim focuses primarily on existing holdings and new investments in companies with a digital angle or business model in the software sector. Education: Joakim holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from La Salle University in Barcelona, Spain.
