Andreas joined Verdane in 2018 from Nordea Investment Banking. At Nordea, Andreas was at first part of the Advisory team working on M&As, IPOs and equity capital raisings before joining the Leveraged Finance team focusing on structuring debt packages for sponsor-backed leveraged buyouts. At Verdane, Andreas is responsible for debt financing and is the key point of contact for any debt-related inquiries. Education: Andreas holds a MSc in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics.
