Maxime Maertens Bio

Maxime has been a member of the Vectis team since 2016. Previously, Maxime was active as an Associate in the Corporate Finance team of Degroof Petercam, where he advised companies and shareholders on M&A and capital market transactions between 2012 and 2016. In addition, he gained active management experience in his family business. Maxime is a Commercial Engineer (KU Leuven, 2011) and has an additional Master in Financial Management (Vlerick, 2012).
