With more than 25 years of strategic consulting and practical operational management expertise, Bjørn has actively contributed to the formulation of business plans, encompassing both operational enhancements and the initiation of new business ventures. Demonstrating hands-on proficiency, he has successfully executed change programs across diverse corporate landscapes. Before starting at VE Partners in 2002, Bjørn worked as a consultant within the Strategy & Organisation practice at Arthur D. Little. Bjørn holds a Master’s degree in Econometrics from the University of Rotterdam.
