Avinoam Teplow-Phipps joined Varsity Healthcare Partners as a Controller in 2023. Prior to Varsity, Mr. Teplow-Phipps was an Assistant Controller at Pine Brook Partners, a growth-focused private equity firm in New York. Mr. Teplow-Phipps began his career in the Alternative Investments Asset Management practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a BA in Psychology from Touro College and an MBA from Rutgers Business School.
