Paul Salazar Bio

Paul Salazar is primarily engaged by the Firm to work with portfolio company leadership teams to help them achieve strategic objectives and budgetary goals. Mr. Salazar also supports the Firm on buy-side and sell-side processes. Prior to working with Vance Street in 2019, Mr. Salazar held several executive leadership roles across the aerospace, military, electronic systems, oil/gas and medical device industries focusing on highly engineered and formulated markets. Positions Mr. Salazar has held include CEO, President, Group Vice President and General Manager with diverse companies such as Precision Castparts, Crane Corporation, Invensys and Jonathan Engineered Solutions. Mr. Salazar holds a BA in Chemistry from Whittier College, Master of Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and completed an Executive Leadership Program at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
