Brian Martin Bio

Brian Martin is a Managing Partner and member of the Investment Committee at Vance Street. He leads investing and fundraising activities at the Firm. He is responsible for originating and executing transactions, working with management teams to reach objectives, and ultimately realizing investments. Prior to joining Vance Street in 2010, Mr. Martin was in the Leveraged Buyouts Group at American Capital, where he primarily focused on investing in medical components and devices, specialty manufacturing, life sciences and industrial technology companies. Mr. Martin began his career at Robertson Stephens in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Technology Services Investment Banking groups. Mr. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business from the University of California, Berkeley.
