Alex Teodosio Bio

Alex Tedesio is a Director for Strategic HR Deployment, where he leads HR and regulatory systems within Vance Street’s management company, as well as fostering high-performance in senior leadership teams. He is also responsible for driving HR best practices across VSC’s portfolio operating companies. Prior to joining Vance Street in 2025, Alex worked in various industries which include private equity, healthcare, technology, and education. Alex holds an MBA in Finance and HR Management from Kent State University, along with an MPA and a Bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University. He additionally has earned multiple professional certifications in Human Resources, Finance, and Leadership.
