Frank Britt Bio

Frank joined Valor in 2024 and serves as the Chief Talent Officer. Before joining, he was the Chief Transformation Officer at Starbucks leading a portfolio of operating functions, including Corporate Strategy, Enterprise Transformation, Global Business Services, Workforce (“Partner”) Strategy, and Business Intelligence and Analytics. Frank is a multi-time PE-backed CEO with a unique capability to execute high-growth business transformation strategies. He has successfully transformed public retail and technology companies and middle-market consumer, business, and technology services firms. Frank is a former Operating Partner at Bain Capital Ventures focused on business services, consumer, and software companies, General Manager for IBM’s Consumer Goods business unit, and VP for C&S Wholesale’s supply chain business process outsourcing unit. His formative career experience included work as a strategy and operations consultant at Mainspring, Accenture, and Arthur D. Little. Frank is a nationally recognized human capital services and future-of-work expert with over 50 published articles on job-tech sector trends and predictions. Frank holds a B.S. in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University.
