Mattew Pearson Bio

Mr. Pearson is a Managing Director at Validor Capital and has 20 years of transaction and operational experience having held roles in private equity, investment banking, and as a corporate operator. Prior to Validor Capital, Mr. Pearson was an investment banker with Cleary Gull serving clients in the lower and middle markets focused on M&A and capital raise engagements. Mr. Pearson also had stints with two private equity firms in Nashville, TN while attending business school. Mr. Pearson has held a number of operational and leadership roles at CLARCOR and General Electric. Mr. Pearson earned his MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University, and his BS and MSIE degrees from the University of Louisville.
