Rob Little Bio

Rob Little is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Valeas Capital Partners. He manages the firm and serves on the Firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to co-founding Valeas, Rob was a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Golden Gate Capital. At Golden Gate Capital, Rob oversaw firm-wide operations and the firm’s financial services vertical, which he reestablished during his tenure and ultimately proved to be a strong contributor to performance. Prior to Golden Gate Capital, Rob was a Director at Hellman & Friedman and also worked at Goldman Sachs in investment banking. He served as a United States Naval Officer and earned his M.B.A. from Duke University and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
