As the UK Managing Director, Roger Allen is responsible for all aspects of US Capital Global’s London Office. Mr. Allen focuses on connecting investors and financial allocators to expert fund managers and entrepreneurs with a compelling edge, specialising in niche strategies and innovative projects. Mr. Allen’s career in the financial markets spans some 40 years, and he has notable experience in a wide range of investment sectors, including FinTech, RegTech, real estate, alternatives, and medical, with a strong appreciation of ESG and impact investing. In addition to serving as Director at PMA Assets Ltd, Mr. Allen is also currently Co-Chair at Goldfingr’s London chapter. A thinktank, incubator, and socially conscious business accelerator, Goldfingr is the first ever digitized deal club. Mr. Allen’s extensive and frequent travel has ensured he is highly networked globally. During his nine years in asset management, Mr. Allen successfully won sizable long-term mandates, built solid institutional investor pipelines, and significantly upgraded the professional profiles at a global fund of funds and a niche equity manager. Prior to this, during a period of 29 years, Mr. Allen profitably built and ran a variety of global businesses within a number of top-tier international banks, including Bankers Trust, Merrill Lynch, and Dresdner Kleinwort.
