Keith Gillard Bio

Keith Gillard founded UpperStage.Capital after 20 years as an investor in venture capital. He was previously the President of BASF Venture Capital America and the GP of Pangaea Ventures. Prior to investing, Keith was a serial entrepreneur in software and media, founding several companies. To date, he has served on over twenty boards, including the CVCA and Foresight, Canada’s largest cleantech accelerator, for which he currently serves as chair. Keith is based in Vancouver and creates music in his spare time.
