Responsible for leading with our Principles, driving our Partner & Propel investment strategy, working with the Investment Team as a Team Lead and identifying ways to build better together with all of our partners. Most recently Partner at HGGC with Board Seats on over ten Services and Software companies during tenure on the Investment Team. Thankful for the opportunity to partner with many great leaders and teams during this time. It was from these shared experiences that we shape the Principle-based investment philosophy we use as we seek to partner with teams to scale platforms quickly. Prior to joining HGGC in 2010, Associate at Bain & Company. MBA from the University of Chicago; BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
