Jeff Steer Bio

Jeff Steer is a Vice President of Talent at Union Park Capital. He joined the firm in 2021 and is responsible for building a robust network of executive talent and advancing talent as a strategy within Union Park and across its portfolio companies. Prior to Union Park, he spent over 6 years at Waters Corporation, a world leading life science technology company, where he hired entry level through executive talent and advised the enterprise on competitive talent strategies. Prior to Waters, Jeff held positions in IT staffing and account management. Jeff is currently a candidate for an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of business and holds a B.S. in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, where he played on the men’s ice hockey team.
