William Ogden Bio

Bill has over 20 years of private equity experience, ten of which have been at Union Capital. Bill leads the overall strategy and investment process at Union Capital, including sourcing, due diligence, structuring, investment management and disposition. Prior to joining Union Capital, Bill began his private equity career at Prudential Financial’s U.S. Direct Private Equity Group which he led from 1999-2001. Prior to Prudential, Mr. Ogden was a partner at a small privately-held New York-based merchant bank. Bill began his career as an officer in the U.S. Navy, where he was in training to be a carrier based Naval Aviator.
