Björn Lauschke Bio

Björn Lauschke is Head of Debt Advisory at Ufenau Capital Partners. Björn has more than 20 years experience in private equity and financing. Prior to joining Ufenau, he worked as Head of Debt Advisory at Capvis, a Swiss based private equity company, for twelve years. Before that, he worked as debt advisor at Close Brothers and in the leveraged finance department of The Royal Bank of Scotland and WestLB. Björn holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Mannheim.
