Jeff Smith Bio

Jeff has more than 30 years of real estate experience, including building more than 1,000,000 square feet in retail, medical office, and commercial use real estate. He is responsible for the TDP Resource Partner real estate function within TDP and its portfolio companies. Jeff previously worked in the childcare industry building and expanding facilities and for MAS Development responsible for all development and construction functions, including site acquisition, leasing, financing, design, construction, equipment installation, and customer services from medical buildings, retail pharmacies, quick service restaurants, logistics, retail, and manufacturing buildings. Jeff received a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Management in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University.
