Rikizo Matsukawa Bio

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Matsukawa worked for Development Bank of Japan (DBJ) for 27 years. At DBJ, he was a senior corporate loan officer and was the Chief Representative of the New York office and Deputy Chief Representative​ of the London office. He has also served positions at Japan Economic Research Institute, the Brooking Institution (Washington D.C.) and the Japan Mini​stry of Economy, Trade & Industry (METI). Mr. Matsukawa earned a B.A. of Liberal Arts from Tokyo University.​​​​​
