Ray Zhao Bio

Ray Zhao is a Senior Managing Director of Trustar Capital oversees growth capital investment. He possesses extensive experience in venture and growth investment. Prior to joining us in June 2021, he was a Partner at DCM Ventures responsible for B2B e-commerce, enterprise services and consumer internet investments. Before that, he worked at Tencent responsible for both financial and strategic investments. Before Tencent, he worked for Ventech China and China Renaissance. Mr. Zhao obtained his MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree from Sichuan University.
