Eric Xin is CITIC Capital's Senior Managing Director, Managing Partner of Trustar Capital and has been with the firm since 2002. Previously, Mr. Xin was a management consultant at Mckinsey & Company in Shanghai and Washington D.C focusing on helping Japanese and U.S multinationals source and set up factories in China. Before that, he was a Deputy Manager for China Leasing Co., Ltd., the largest leasing company in China and a subsidiary of CITIC Group. Mr. Xin received an MBA from the Harvard Business School with Honors and a B.A. in Economics from Beijing University.
