Di Zhang is responsible for capital markets and business development for the Private Equity Group. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Zhang was a Director in the Investment Management department at Canadian Solar Inc. Before that, he had been with HSBC’s Investment Banking division for nearly 7 years, serving as Associate Director in the Financial Sponsors Group covering Asian and Chinese private equity clients. Before HSBC, he was with ING as a Senior Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions division. Mr. Zhang received his Master of Science in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in the Netherlands.
