Joylyn Largo-Afonso Bio

Joylyn joined True North in November 2018 and is responsible for leadership hiring in True North and its partner businesses. She started her career with HSBC and Coca-Cola before joining Korn/Ferry International in 1997 where she worked for 15+ years. During the first few years with Korn/Ferry, she has worked on assignments across verticals including Industrial, Healthcare, Consumer, and Technology and grew to be a Partner of the Global Technology Market. Additionally, she set up and led the Korn/Ferry Human Resources Centre of Excellence in India, helping all practice verticals with thought leadership and in executing key HR Leadership mandates. In 2012, Joylyn joined DHR International as a Partner in the firm’s advanced technology, telecom, and professional services practice in India. As a Search professional she has worked on assignments in all sub-sectors of the technology practice. Joylyn holds a Masters in Psychology (Rank older) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (Rank Holder) from the Tata Institute Of Social Sciences.
