John Pless Bio

John has been working with TruArc’s senior investment team since 2005. He helps lead all aspects of the firm and focuses his investment efforts on TruArc’s Engineered Products & Components, Industrial Technology, and Distribution subsectors. Previously, John worked at Guggenheim Merchant Banking and in UBS’ investment banking division. John currently serves on the boards of Aptyx, BlackHawk, Cascade, EnviroFinance, HCTec, Ideal Tridon, Prototek, and Velocity Financial. He previously served on the boards of Boyd Corporation, Excel, FiberVisions, Kele, Winchester, and ZeroChaos. John received a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College.
